Network administrators and system programmers who customize IBM Tivoli NetView for z/OS using PIPEs.

• Explain what a complex pipe is and how it differs from a simple pipe
• Explain the functions of the secondary inputs and - outputs of those pipe stages that have multiple inputs and / or output streams
• Build complex pipes containing multiple data streams
• Explain the usage of the different orders in the EDIT stage
• Build to use the EDIT stage to build commands dynamically based on messages in the pipeline
