Kursbeschreibung IMS DB/TM is IBM's premier transactional and hierarchical database management system for critical on-line operational and On Demand applications and data, enabling high availability, information integration, management, and scalability. This course is intended for IMS DB/TM systems programmers and will provide them with a detailed description of the activities required to install, tailor, maintain and support an IMS DB/TM system. Additionally, learn about aspects of the IMS architecture and internal structure that support Database and Transaction management.
Voraussetzungen
You should:
- complete IMS Fundamentals (CM01) or
- have equivalent knowledge and have some system programming experience with IMS systems
