Kursbeschreibung Der PGWT befasst sich mit allen Techniken zum Betrieb und zur Fehlerbehebung einer laufenden PGW2200 Lösung im Service Provider Umfeld. Die Teilnehmer werden in Theorie/Lab Sessions mit den wichtigsten Tools und Commands vertraut gemacht, die für Troubleshooting Aktivitäten unbedingt erforderlich sind. Zum Beispiel: Show und Debug auf IOS Geräten, PGW/HSI mml und Solaris CLI commands, Call Tracing auf PGW und HSI, Flow Analysis mit Wireshark-, Cisco PTC-MT-, MDL-, Solaris Snoop protocol analyser. Die Teilnehmer lernen Logs und Alarms abzurufen, um die richtigen Maßnahmen zur Fehlerbehebung durchzuführen.
Das Training wird in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Global Knowledge Partner und Voice Spezialisten avodaq AG durchgeführt.
Voraussetzungen
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) level
- Teilnahme am PGW 2200 Call Control Course: PGW-C
- Voice and VoIP Architectures
- Basic Solaris administration skills
- SS7 and Q.931 Call flow and Operation
- H.323 and SIP Call flow and Operation
- MGCP and Signaling Backhauling as IPFAS, BSMVO and SIGTRAN
