Der Kurs erklärt und vergleicht die beiden Unified Communications Lösungen von Cisco und Microsoft in Bezug auf Komponenten, Architektur und Vorteile. Es folgt eine Betrachtung der klassischen Integrationslösung über den Cisco Unified Presence Server (CUPS). Danach wird die neue, direkte Integration über die CUCiMOC Anwendung ausführlich beschrieben und in praktischen Übungen perfektioniert.
